Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is created specifically for you using personalized details, colors, or engravings. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at digitaltimberllc@outlook.com, and we’ll make it right.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on the product type. Custom embroidery, 3D-printed, or laser-engraved items may take slightly longer during busy seasons. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.
